1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 small can mandarin oranges

Frosting
1 8 oz Cool Whip
1 lg pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake ingredients and mix well for 2 min. Bake in 9/13 pan for 45 min. at 325º. Cool completely. Combine frosting ingredients and add to cooled cake. Refrigerate
