2 lbs. ground beef
2 T. Tender Quick salt
1 T. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape in 2 rolls, wrap in foil, shiny side in, and refrigerate 24 hours. Prick bottom of foil and place on broiler pan. Bake at 350º for 11/2 hours. ( will remain red) Chill and slice.
