2 lg onions chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
9 tbsp lemon juice
2 c brown sugar
14 ginger snaps
1/2 c cooking sherry

About 2 lbs of small appetizer sized cooked meatballs.

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, saute onions. Add 2 c water, bring to boil. Add salt, pepper, paprika, lemon & brown sugar. Stir. Carefully add meatballs. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Crush ginger snaps. Slowly add to thicken. Bring to a boil, add sherry.
