2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. grated Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into greased 8x12" pyrex baking dish and bake at 350 for 30min. Cut into small squares and serve hot. These are a favorite in Mississippi as well as Texas!
