Ingredients:  
3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounce beer, room temperature
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray loaf pan with PAM baking spray
Mix together the flour, sugar and beer
Mixture will be sticky
Spread into loaf pan
Bake for 55 minutes
Remove from oven and brush melted butter over the top
Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes
Serve warm
