2 c. cooked chicken breast
8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
4 Tbsp. melted butter or reduced fat margarine
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ c. reduced fat milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 (4 oz) cans cresent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add all ingredients except rolls. Separate rolls into 8 rectangles and seal seams. Spoon chicken mix onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corner up to center, seal. Bake 15-20 minutes.
