1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda and salt
2 tsps. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Set aside. In another bowl mix flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix well with wet ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut in shapes. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
