1 lb. Sijook
2 cloves crushed garlic
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:

Peel the sijook and cut in half length wise. Put sijook in pan and cook on medium heat until meat is browned. Add crushed garlic and lemon juice. Cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot with pita bread.
