1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes, with juices
1 small can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 cup water
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. sugar. (start w/this amount, add more if desired)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a pot and whisk together. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
