Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
4 Tablespoon flour
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 Cups sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and mix well
Add flour, lemon extract and buttermilk
Set oven at 300 degrees and put pie crust in stove for 3 or 4 minutes then take out and put in filling

Bake for 1 hour

Makes 2 pies
