4 pounds ground chuck
2 cups oatmeal
3 eggs
2/3 cup onion, chopped
20 ounces tomato juice
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together and pack into a 9X13 baking pan
Top with a thin spread of ketchup
Bake for 60-90 minutes
Let rest and slice into 18 pieces
