2 eggs beaten
1/2 c sugar
2 cups warm water
5 T shortening
1 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast
6+ c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 c warm water, mix rest of ingredients. Add yeast to form soft dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Put back in bowl and cover, let rise. Punch down, make rolls. Let rise. Bake 350º approximately 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown.

Grandma Kirby was famous for her rolls. I can not make them the way she did! But they are pretty close.
