1 c butter softened
4 tbsp confectionery sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1+ c chopped walnuts
extra confectioner sugar for rolling cookies in
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add vanilla, flour, & walnuts. Mix together. Make balls. Bake 350º for about 15-18 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet a minute or two. Roll in confectionery sugar! Enjoy!
