1 stick of Butter, softened
1 pkg. Carrot Cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients until forms dough. Scoop 1 tablespoon size onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool for 2 minutes.
Decorate with icing if desired.
