Directions:
If using traditional yeast, combine with water and sugar and let dissolve. If using other yeast, follow directions on package.
Mix crust ingredients together well. If too sticky, add more flour. Make into a ball, cover with a tea towel and let rise in a warm place until double. (a warm place can be in the oven with the light on). Divide the dough into 2 and spread into 2 pizza pans or spread the whole thing on a cookie sheet.
Bake in 350 degree oven until the crust is very light brown. Take out of oven and cover with sauce, then some grated cheese, then toppings and more cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
