3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter crisco
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. Place sheets of foil on counter top for cooling cookies.
Combine peanut butter, crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoons unto baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross with fork. Bake at 375º for 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on sheet. Transfer to foil to cool completely. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
