1 stick of butter
1tbsp liquid sweetener
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sweetener; egg, vanilla, lemon and beat all. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt ( add to cream mixture and mix well) Drop unto ungreased cookie sheet. Press flat with fork. Press pecan half on top if desired. Bake 375 º for 8 -10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
