1 C. Canned Pumpkin
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
1tsp. Milk
1Tbsp. Vanilla
2 C. Choc. Chips

Directions:
Combine Pumpkin, Sugar, Veg. Oil, Egg..mix together..Stir together Flour, b. powder, cinnamon, & salt...Dissolve the baking soda w/ the milk and add to wet mix.. add flour mix to wet mix and mix well...add vanilla & chips ...line baking sheets with parchment paper, drop mix with small cookie scoop and bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes.
