1/3 cup flour
2-1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, coconut and salt. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Stir well to make a thick batter. Drop by tablespoons onto the cookie sheet. Top each cookie with half a cheery. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Watch these as they tend to brown quickly. Makes 24 cookies.
