1 c (2 sticks) Butter or Margarine, softened
2/3 c granulated Sugar
1 t Vanilla Extract
2 c all-purpose Flour
1/4 c Cocoa or Dutched Cocoa
48 Hershey's Chocolate Mint Kisses, unwrapped
2 c powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Stir together flour and cocoa; gradually add to butter mixture; beating until blended. Mold scant tablespoon of dough around each chocolate mint kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool about 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar. Roll in powdered sugar again just before serving, if desired. About 4 dozen cookies.
