1 small box raspberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 14.5 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In medium size bowl mix boiling water with Jell-0 stirring until Jell-O is completely dissolved.
Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces.
Add to Jell-O mix and stir well.
May be molded into individual cups or rings.
Serve on bed of crisp Iceberg lettuce with a dollop of mayonnaise or sour cream.
