1 box elbow macaroni
1 c. milk
2/3 of big Velveeta (broke in pieces)
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
1/2 stick butter melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Boil Macaroni in salted water to al dente directions and drain. In saucepan melt cheese in milk. Can be soupy - it will thicken as it cools. Add more milk if needed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine with cooked macaroni and spread in casserole dish. Combine Ritz crumbs with melted butter and stir into macaroni mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
