Directions:
Bake 375º. For 45 mins

Mix first three ingredients (flour, butter, water) as you would a pie crust. Divide dough in half and press onto cookie sheet. Making 2 long strips, each about 3 inches wide. (I like to use a jelly roll pan)

In a sauce pan, combine 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. Bring to boil, remove from heat then add 1 cup flour. Stir until smooth. Beat in one egg at a time. After adding each egg, mix in 1/2 tsp of almond extract. Spread mixture on top of pastry.

While Pastry is baking, make frosting.

Bake at 375 for 45 mins. Let cool then spread with frosting
