1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can creamed corn
1 can white corn w/ juice
1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 small carton sour cream ( 8 ounces)
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. In bowl combine cream corn and white white with juice, eggs and cornbread mix. Add onion and butter to mixture and pour into a 9 X 12 pan.

Spread sour cream on top of mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350º 45 minutes.
