2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
8 3/4 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1//2 chopped nuts
cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts and blend. Turn into 3 greased and floured 9 in layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 min. Cool and turn out. Can also use a 9x13 pan for longer time
