2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup light or dark raisins
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp salad oil
1 cup crushed pineapple, not drained no 1 flat can
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Add raisins and nuts.
Combine egg, vanilla and salad oil and add to mixture. Mix pineapple with soda, add.
Stir until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake about 1 hour or until done.
