8 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. cheddar cheese
20 pork sausage links, browned and sliced
4 eggs
2 ¼ c. milk
¾ tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread crumbs in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Place sausage on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard. Pour over sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Dilute cream of mushroom with milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300º for 1½ hours.
