4-6 chicken breasts (cubed)
½ c. flour
⅓ c. oil
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp salt
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (not drained)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions:

Heat oil and add salt and pepper. Flour chicken and brown in oil. Put in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350º for 1 hour (or cook on stove top until sauce thickens). Serve over steamed rice.
