2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup miracle whip
1 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mix wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and beat until smooth with an electric mixer.

Grease a 9" x 9" glass dish with butter and add cake mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 325ºF.
