Cake

1 can (16oz) sweet potatoes in heavy syrup
1 box (18.25 oz) spice cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Icing Coconut Pecan Frosting

1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 stick butter - soft
4 oz cream chesse - soft
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
about 1/3/4 - 2 1/4 cups confectioners sugar drizzle of milk if necessary.

Cake - Mash potatoes with syrup, mix in all other ingredients. Bake in a greased 9 X 13 pan at 350º for about 30 minutes until passes the toothpick test. Cool and ice

Frosting - Blend butter, salt, cream cheese very well, add vanilla, sugar, blend again, add coconut and nuts, adjust with more sugar or milk.
