Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1 1/3 cups water(warm)
1 package of quick-rising yeast
salt (1/2 tsp)
sugar (1/2 tsp)
extra virgin olive oil( 1 1/2 tbsp)
grated parmesan cheese (1//4C)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with warm water, in separate measuring cup. Put flour, sugar, salt, cheese and oil in another bowl. Don't stir yet. MIx all ingredients together until well blended. When mixed the dough should be sticky to the touch but not too runny. Cut the dough at least a dozen times, with mixing spoon. Let dough rise for about 30-45 minutes. Turn oven on to bake about 3-4 minutes and turn it off, open the door for a few minutes and cover bowl with wet towel. Put in oven and close door.
After the first rising period, take dough out, sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking on hands. Punch dough down but don't remove from bowl. Let rise (same conditions) for over an hour.
Now, grease your pizza pan using small amount of olive oil. Dust dough with flour and roll on pan. Baking times are usually 10-12 minutes 450 degree oven.
