1/2 bottle liquid smoke
5 oz of Worcester sauce
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic salt

3-4 lb brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and put brisket fat side up in pan. Pierce meat well with fork, pour the sauce over the meat, refrigerate overnight and cover. Place in oven and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Let cool in juice, refrigerate for a day. Slice thin, and trim off the fat.
Place in clean pan and cover with barbecue sauce. Reheat when ready to serve 350 degrees fro about 30-40 minutes. Covered.

Delicious barbecue sauce can be used for other items besides the brisket.
The brisket will be really tender and tasty.
