2 T oil
1 T butter
2 T flour
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
5 6 oz cans water, 2 more if necessary
3 cloves garlic, smashed
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cilantro
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover pan with oil. Add butter and melt. Add smashed garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add flour and stir to a paste. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt. Whisk well and simmer over medium heat. Add oregano and cilantro. Simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes. As it thickens, add 2 more cans of water if needed.
