1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º (slow). Beat egg white in large bowl. Beat in sugar gradually. Beat in salt and vanilla. Fold in corn flakes.
Take heaping teaspoon of mixture and scoop out with another spoon onto a well-oiled baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until surface is dry but not brown.
Remove from pan with spatula while arm.
Makes 24.
I usually double this recipe as they are so good!
