4 qt. water
4 cans beer
1/2 c. Old Bay Seasoning
1 bag crab or shrimp boil
2 T. Salt
8 to 10 medium red potatoes, quartered
2 onions, cut into wedges
3 lbs. lean smoked sausage, cut into 2 in. pieces
8 ears fresh corn, halved crosswise
4 lbs. jumbo shrimp, unpeeled

Bring water, beer, Old Bay seasoning, crab boil and salt to boil in 12 qt. stockpot. Add potatoes and onions. Cook 8 min. Add smoked sausage. Cook 5 min. Add corn. Cook 7 min. Add shrimp. Cook 4 min. Or till shrimp turns pink. Drain. Serve with cocktail sauce, garlic mayonnaise and melted butter for dipping.
