1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese (2-1/2 cups) - shredded
1/2 cup beer
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

20 minutes before or day ahead:

In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.

Serve with unsalted crackers or as a dip for bread sticks.
