1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
dash cayenne pepper
1 cup + 2 T sifted flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Parmesan cheese to roll cheese balls in

Directions:
Directions:
Soften margarine, add cheese, salt and cayenne, and mix well. Add flour and nuts and mix. Roll into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350º.
Remove.
While hot, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
