1.25 lbs. med. shrimp
2 lemon slices
1.25 tsp. salt
2.5 tbsp. butter, divided
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. brandy
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a 2 quart baking dish and set aside.

Cook shrimp in 4 cups of boiling water with lemon and 1 tsp. salt approximately 4 minutes. Peel and device.

In a sauce pan melt 1 tbsp. butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Stir until bubbly.

Slowly add milk and cream and stir until thickened. Add remaining butter, shrimp and brandy.

Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. and bake for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
