24 marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
4 T creme de menthe
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
2 T creme de cacao

9-inch chocolate wafer crust (see below)

Crust:
15 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 T + 1 tsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt marshmallows in milk in double boiler. Let cool. Add flavorings and fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top. Chill several hours or freeze.

Crust: Crush cookies very fine and add melted butter and pat into pie pan.

This was a favorite dessert of mine when I worked at the Cherokee Town Club in Atlanta, GA. They made the very best Grasshopper Pie I had ever tasted.
