Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
Pinch salt
1 c.chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, baking powder and salt. Fold in dates and nuts. Bake in an ungreased pan at 300º for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
