1/3 c butter or margarine
1/3 c brown sugar
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
2 T milk
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream brown sugar and butter. Add flour and walnuts to make a crumb mixture. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Press remainder into an eight inch pan. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool, cut into 2 inch squares. Can double recipe and freeze half.
