1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup each chopped onion, celery and bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced or stewed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot melt butter and saute onion, celery and bell pepper. Add tomatoes and broth. Add seasonings and bring to low boil, then add tomato sauce and simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp and bay leaves, cover and simmer 20 more minutes. Remove pot from heat and let it sit, covered for 10 minutes before serving. Serve over rice.
