2 cups Flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Eggs
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1-3/4 cups Sweet Milk
3 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients. Beat egg yolk, add milk and pour into flour mixture. Add butter. Beat egg whites until light and foamy. Add last and bake in waffle iron.
