1 pound ground beef
8 slices Swiss cheese
12 ounce pre-sliced white mushrooms
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 pound fresh pizza dough
2 TB. oil, divided
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 packet mushroom gravy mix, divided
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Remove dough from fridge and let stand one hour. Do not remove from bag until time is completed. Combine mayo and 1 TB. gravy mix. Set aside. In large saute pan, heat 1 TB. oil. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until tender. Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside. Place remaining 1 TB. oil in pan then add onions. Cook and stir 5-6 minutes or until soft and golden. Add meat to pan and brown. Stir into meat - remaining gravy mix, Worcestershire and 1/2 cup water. Cook 1-2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove pan from heat. Pat dough into lightly greased pizza pan. Top dough with mayo mixture then meat; top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake 18-25 minutes until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.
