2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 small jars (or 9-1/2 oz.) strained baby food plums
1 cup chopped pecans

GLAZE:
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Beat in oil, eggs and plums. Beat with mixer about four minutes or until well blended. Fold in nuts. Bake in a tube pan in preheated 325º oven for about one hour, or until tests done. Cool cake for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Allow to cool about 30 minutes.

While cake is slightly warm, glaze top with thin frosting using 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar and some lemon juice
