2 cups butter (MUST use real butter not margarine)
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2tsp baking soda
6 cups (18 oz container)
1 1/2 bag chocolate chips
1tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream butter and sugars together, mix in eggs and vanilla. Then mix in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix in Quick oats. Mix in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet 2inches apart.

Bake at 350º for 9-10 minutes, rotating cookie sheets after 5 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before moving to rack to cool completely.

You can also use 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips. This recipe makes ALOT of cookies. Can be halved for smaller batches. These cookie freeze well.
