For "Crust":
1 Cup Flour
3 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Stick Butter

For Filling:
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Nuts (I'm going out on a limb, here and thinking you might want to use pecans.)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º.

Ewa was not too specific in her directions, but you mix the crust ingredients together and press into a mini muffin pan. You mix the filling ingredients together and spoon into the crust.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
