Diced ham
Eggs
Frozen french fries

Directions:
Directions:
Bake french fries according to directions on package.

You can use any number of eggs. It depends on how hungry you are. Beat the eggs while fries are baking.

Using a little oil, add ham to pan just before fries are done. Add fries and pour eggs over it all. Keep mixing eggs until you see they are cooked.

**NOTE** You can change this up a bit by dicing up some onions and green peppers. Put them into the pan first to soften them up before adding the ham. It will taste like a Western Omelet!
