Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots shredded
1 1/4 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
celery seed
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and carrots together - can be shredded or food processor for your desired size. We use the food processor for ours - we like the small, finer coleslaw. Set aside. In a large bowl mix all above ingredients together, making sure sugar dissolves. Add celery seed and salt and pepper to sour cream - taste. Add more vinegar or sugar - depends upon what you like. After you get the creamy sauce like you like, add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Always better if made the night before.
