1/2 c. soft margarine
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
4 T. Hershey Cocoa
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded zucchini

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all above ingredients except for the zucchini - mix well and then add zucchini by hand. Pour into greased 9 x 11 pan. Bake 325º for 50 minutes.
